Salutations!
I'm Christine Corrado and along with my long time sister Kat Grigg, we decided to put our combined talents together in creating the chocolate we wanted to taste in the world. Our idea sparked way back in 93' while at midnight showings of the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Sono Theater in Norwalk Ct eating and talking about what else but chocolate?
In March 2017, after many years of education, passion and perseverance K&C Candy the company was born! That was the easy part! Finding the perfect commercial kitchen to create in took years longer, lol. We never gave up because we are passionate about what we do! Kat Grigg apprenticed under Kasper Peterson of Knipschildt Chocolatier in Norwalk, CT. Her mentor was seen on "Food Network Challenge" several times. Under his tutelage, Kat became a Master Chocolatier specializing in design and large scale chocolate production. Kat and I are both perfectionists whom deeply loves what we do.
We temper only the finest fair trade Belgian chocolate, we use natural ingredients and flavors in our confections. Just like everything we do here, even our, "out of this world," caramels are hand crafted, cut, and wrapped from our loving hands to your palates.
